ABOUT ANDRES JIMÉNEZ

I help Fortune 500 companies transform their supply chains and operations through enterprise AI. With experience spanning OpenAI, Scale AI, and BCG, and a Stanford CS PhD focused on deep learning for supply chain optimization, I bring both technical depth and strategic perspective to AI deployment at scale.At OpenAI, I lead the technical architecture and deployment of large language models across 20+ enterprise clients ($30M+ ARR), from model fine-tuning and prompt engineering through production deployment on cloud-native infrastructure. I\'ve built deployment frameworks that reduced time-to-production by 40% and architect custom LLM pipelines using RAG, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration.Previously, I advised Scale AI on data quality, annotation workflows, and ML model training infrastructure, and worked on strategy and operations engagements at BCG. My doctoral research at Stanford produced novel deep learning architectures for multi-echelon inventory optimization, published at INFORMS and deployed at Fortune 500 manufacturers.I\'m passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world business impact — particularly in supply chain, logistics, and operations. Currently also advising a Stanford-based supply chain automation startup on AI/ML product development and go-to-market strategy.
