Real estate professional with experience in development, acquisitions/sales, leasing, and property management. Currently working with Green Mills Group as a Senior Development Manager in our quest to positively impact various communities throughout the state of Florida via high quality, affordable and workforce housing development. We take pride in our communities, and work diligently to ensure they are indistinguishable from market rate, multifamily residences. I am involved in all phases of the development process, including but not limited to land acquisition, due diligence (financial, environmental, legal, design, etc.), entitlements, financing procurement, construction management, LIHTC application formation, and stabilization of our multifamily assets.
