Andres is from Houston, Texas, and is a proud alumnus of Stafford High School. With a strong interest in theintersection of technology, policy, and social impact, he has chosen to double-major in Computer Science andPolitical Science. Andres is actively involved as a student leader. He serves as the executive vicepresident of the Student Government Association and aims to leverage that role to foster campus-wideengagement and representation. He is also a dedicated mentor, advocate, and current president of Colgate’sQuestBridge chapter, supporting first-generation, low-income students through this organization and throughMatriculate. Andres is passionate about leveraging technology for social good and plans to pursue a career thatcombines policy, technology, and community advocacy.
