As of 11/2023 - I\'m the design lead of a core effort that is a #1 company priority. The redesign of PayPal Checkout. As of 02/2023: I\'m the design lead and surface lead for Commence Checkout at Meta (Shop Ads). I\'m currently focused on unifying checkout across organizations within Meta in collaboration with leads across the company. My goal is to create a best-in-class checkout that other companies benchmark against. As of 08/2021 : I started a new role at Facebook working on the Checkout Experience across the \"Family of Apps\"- this includes Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, and Messenger. I\'ll be focusing on building a design system, systems thinking, and elevating our overall design process and craft in collaboration with my awesome teammates.

   2025Design lead for partnerships with other major tech companies. Collaborative vision work to align PayPal\'s two major products Checkout and Peer to Peer Payments, between myself and a director level IC. Extending PayPal Checkout to Native. Alignment work between PayPal Checkout and Venmo Pay (advisory role). Maintaining the PayPal Checkout product system with the goal of extending it to more team (in progress). On-boarding senior designers, and interviewing potential hires. Helping to facilitate crit, and providing feedback. 2024Design Systems / Design Lead PayPal Redesign. Led a team of 20 ICs to redesign PayPal in 10 weeks.
