As Phoenix Contact grows into the world of industrial automation with advanced networking and control products, our business must also evolve into providing the proper services and solutions to support the more complex systems dependent on our products. As the automation solutions and services manager, my role is to manage a team focused on growing our portfolio of services for our customers focused on our networking and control solutions. This includes:\\\\n- Service Level Agreements\\\\n- Kitted assembly solutions\\\\n- Proposal development for control and networking support projects\\\\n- Project management\\\\n- Cyber security services\\\\n\\\\nAlthough it will take time to develop our service and personnel capabilities to meet the demands of customers, I am excited to be in a leadership position as we transform some of the DNA of Phoenix Contact to elevate our support models and engineering services we offer our customers.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
