I have played a pivotal role in the successful openings of various Apple facilities, including Apple Park and Infinite Loop 4, where I ensured seamless operations from inception. Leading all aspects of new employee onboarding procedures, I conducted initial walkthroughs, granted computer and building access approvals, and ensured the seamless integration of new hires into workplace protocols. I was in charge of creating and overseeing the Latin American food offerings for Caffè Macs, creating menus to cater to diverse palates and preferences. My goal was to bring authenticity to the Latin American dishes, ensuring an immersive culinary experience for guests.Furthermore, I have developed and implemented standard operating procedures for Caffè Macs, covering health and safety protocols, kitchen maintenance, and equipment tracking. My collaborative approach extends to working closely with Apple Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Executive Catering teams to deliver exceptional culinary offerings that meet the highest standards.During high-volume rush periods, I excel in maintaining an organized approach to facilitate smooth operations. Additionally, I have collaborated with facilities building managers to ensure the maintenance of multiple buildings and kitchens, overseeing routine upkeep and repairs to uphold operational standards.Overall, my diverse skill set and hands-on experience enable me to effectively contribute to the success of workplace operations and culinary management at Apple.
