About Andrés Oliveros

I help professionals become more influential. In 2012 I cofounded Astrolab, a professional training company that works with top talent in companies such as Unilever, Google, Citi, Coca-Cola, Novartis, Microsoft, and MARS. I\'m in charge of expanding into the US. There\'s a lot of great talent and insights that go unnoticed because they\'re not communicated clearly. I graduated from the Masters of Behavioral and Decision Sciences program at the University of Pennsylvania in 2024. I\'m a two-time TEDx speaker and a Penn Grad Talk winner. I also run Mondoli Writing, a ghostwriting business where I help preserve life stories in the form of a printed book. My dad passed three months before Gabriel my first kid was born. As he grows older, I struggle to communicate him what type of person was dad. That\'s what we do at Mondoli Writing: helping you tell the story of that loved one so that their story and their echo lingers longer. I live in Philadelphia with my family.
