I am an investment banking analyst at Jordan Knauff & Company, a boutique investment bank that specializes in healthcare and industrial sectors. I have been involved in several buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as capital raising and restructuring projects, for middle-market companies. Prior to joining Jordan Knauff, I worked as a project manager at Toppan Merrill, where I advised and filed more than 500 SEC compliance and transaction documents for publicly traded companies.
