I manage a team of development professionals, including a Donor Database Manager, Events and Social Media Coordinator, Development Manager, and Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, to drive results across all fundraising initiatives.Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of fundraising, including major gifts, corporate and foundation grants, annual appeals, and special events. I work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop long-term strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals. I lead donor cultivation, securing substantial new gifts, and maintain strong relationships with institutional funders. I also spearhead the planning and execution of high-impact events, such as the annual Brennan Award Dinner, and integrate follow-up donor cultivation into all fundraising efforts. In addition, I manage the organization’s grant portfolio, ensuring timely submissions and compliance, and I have successfully expanded our institutional giving program. My leadership in marketing and communications drives donor engagement and increases the organization’s visibility.
