Manage the overall operation and direction of grant project management and administration.• Responsible for reporting up to date and compliant information to CAL OES Security Grant requirements.• Handling the creating of RFP’s and Contracts.• Coordinate between Health Center staff, contractors, Safety & Security teams, Finance, IT, vendors and Facilities department staff to keep project timelines.• Manage contracted vendors, general contractors, the applicable scope of work, and negotiate related costs and fees.• Responsible for the bidding, negotiation and completion of grant improvement items listed in the project scope.• Accountable for maintaining files and records relevant to grant. Provides reports as required by Planned Parenthood Mar Monte leadership.• Manage service providers to ensure quality work is performed in a timely manner on properties.• Developed and maintain a Project Work Plan including budget and schedule.• Serve as the primary point of contact between project team and stakeholders.• Provide oral and written reports to clients and contract management. Ensure all duties are performed reflect Planned Parenthood’s mission and promote team success.
