Oversee the full life cycle of multiple software development projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, aimed at expanding the capabilities of Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Warehouse, the bank’s customer-facing Consumer Banking business, including Online Banking. • Led a $2M Oracle Consolidate Ledger project. • Successfully closed 10 projects worth $1.5M, achieving a 9% under-budget record. • Expertise using Excel to gather data from various sources such as ADO and the PM management system, to make informed decisions on change requests and project governance. • Maintain effective communication with over 20 team members and project stakeholders from more than 10 Business Units, ensuring alignment on project expectations and status updates. • Prepare project plans, charters, and conduct lessons learned sessions to identify project strengths and opportunities for improvement. • Take a hands-on approach in leading all aspects of projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, project control, and execution. • Effectively address and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and obstacles while securing resources to efficiently complete deliverables.
