Develop and execute learning and development strategy for early to mid-career professional literary, performing, and visual artists participating in the Artists of Color fellowship. Cultivate partnerships and nurture relationships between artists, host organizations, funders and other key stakeholders. Manage team in charge of overall operation of the program. Develop program curriculum that teaches and encourages participants to challenge themselves as both creatives and businesspeople. Coordinate and host Masterclasses featuring guest speakers. Present and/or teach development workshops as needed. Ensure that participating artists and organizations have a value-added experience for their respective businesses. Ensure that artists have a learning experience that is relative to their respective genres of art.Curate exhibits that engage the local community with thought-provoking artwork from multiple disciplines in two spaces each quarter.Develop and host quarterly signature events and programs which include but are not limited to guest speakers, pop-up markets, indoor farmers markets, and more.
