About Andrenetta Marshall
Andrenetta Marshall has been in education for 26 years. During this time she has served in many different capacities within the educational system. Not only has Dr. Marshall taught in education, but she has served both formally as well as informally in various leadership roles. Her leadership skills are matchless and her ability to share best practices in a way that is nonthreatening and easy to understand is a gift coupled with knowledge and experience. She has a Doctorial degree in Christian Leadership, a Masters degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Special Education, a Bachelor of Science in Management, and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood. Dr. Marshall also has principal, special education, English as a second language (ESL), and Montessori certifications. Dr. Marshall does not just believe that all students can learn she knows that they can. She believes that students learn in different ways; therefore, students need to be treated as individuals so that all are challenged to the maximum of their abilities. It is important for educators to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students. Dr. Marshall also believes that ongoing training for educators is an important component in the education of students.
