Right now, I\'m a Co-Founder and VP of Sales at Mänresa, where my main goal is to support our clients and distributors with products and service that help them win. I believe my success only happens if yours does, and I love building real partnerships based on trust and follow-through.Before jumping into this startup, I spent my time in Engineering and Operations across the packaging world. I ran operations at a recycled fiber facility and before that led engineering projects for a flexible packaging converter. Those roles taught me the importance of details and built a mindset around execution, doing the little things right, every time. I’m a big believer that small wins stack up, and that’s how you build something excellent.
