We focus primarily on plaintiff-side employment matters standing up to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour abuses - so clients can move forward with dignity and fair compensation.What I do• Lead strategy from intake through resolution: investigations, demand letters, filings, mediation, and litigation in court and before administrative bodies.• Negotiate severance, non-compete/non-solicit issues, and executive employment agreements.• Manage case selection, budgets, co-counsel, and experts; build streamlined, client-first processes for speed and clarity.• Handle class and individual matters; develop evidence, damages models, and settlement frameworks.• Educate clients on rights and options; maintain transparent, trauma-informed communication.
