I am a Human Resources professional with experience spanning hospitality, manufacturing, and industrial technology across the Americas. Currently, I serve as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Americas at Rotork, where I manage regional hiring strategies and support HR operations across our LATAM countries.My career began in hospitality at Omni Hotels & Resorts in Dallas, where I progressed from HR Coordinator to Recruitment Coordinator, and later joined the Omni Barton Creek in Austin on the grand reopening team as an HR Generalist. I expanded into the manufacturing sector as a Recruiter at IGLOO Products, before moving into my current Lead role at Rotork.I earned my Human Resources Management degree from Oklahoma State University, completing specialized coursework in Employment Law, Talent Acquisition, Negotiation Essentials, and Diversity in the Workplace. I also broadened my global business perspective through two study abroad programs in London.I am passionate about building strong teams, elevating the candidate experience, and partnering with leaders to drive impactful people strategies across diverse markets.
