Over the past 5 years, held leadership positions in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations of the Personal Care and Household plant.• Extensive ability to manage people, develop teams and create new industrial areas.• Responsible for production area, including Planning and Programming, Utilities and Process Improvements.• Participation in the project design, construction, commissioning and startup phases of the new plant with an investment of € 56 million.• Experience in production processes of betaines (surfactants), esters (emulsifiers, conditioning agents and emollients) and quaternary ammonium (conditioning agents, softeners) with a production capacity of tons / year.• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.• Responsible for the determination of productive capacity, CAPEX management (€ 5 million / year), definitions of investment projects, risk assessments (HAZOP), environmental, health and safety issues.• Significant experience in analyzing, recognizing and managing risks in the areas of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and obtaining ISO and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certifications.• Master in Chemistry UNICAMP.• Fluent in English and basic in German.
