Leading all AGILE ceremonies, managing over 20 resources onshore and offshore, employees, contractors and vendors - Working hand in hand with Project owner in order to ensure project scope, deliverables, goals and milestones meet the business requirements - Creating presentations for different groups of stakeholders and management levels, also leading and facilitating meetings to ensure all decisions, risks and action items are documented, and following up when necessary - Identifying and monitoring risks and issues related to the project or in the enterprise level, gathering the required details and communicating stakeholders, as well as involving required areas for action - Defining processes and RACI, also responsible for validating with stakeholders and peers - Supporting product teams on Agile methodology, participating in SCRUM meetings and supporting my BAU team clearing impediments - Member of the Sovereign IT Engagement Champions, focusing on keep overall IT engagement up and ensuring that each individual feels comfortable sharing their feedback and perceptions - Exceptional relationship built with peers, ITC teams, business, finance, PMO, procurement and leadership
