I am involved in IoT projects for the Retail industry operating in Europe and North Africa through Linux systems powered by The Yocto Project. My job is to deliver a robust and secure IoT ecosystem (from HW to SW), to automate build system CI/CD pipelines, deploy and update remotely Linux systems in retail shops across Turkey, Italy, Morocco then employing Device Fleet Management solutions to support the Business operations.I work with the following technologies-Bash and Python scripting for automation tasks and systems programming-Docker containers for isolated build environments-Jenkins for automated pipelines execution-Splunk for monitoring over 30k devices-Mender for deploying OTA (Over-the-Air) updates-Linux kernel drivers and configs-Oracle Cloud for Container Registry and Virtual Machines.
