Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests- Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures- Ensures we have the highest level of programming- Promotes Life Time swim program to club members and guests- Lead a team of lifeguards to ensure a safe environment for the club members and staff- Conducting Lifeguard critiques and real-time coaching- Providing and offering immediate feedback to improve overall emergency response and conflict resolution skills- Facilitate rotational schedules to ensure safety and proper coverage of the pool deck at all times- Leading a team to reinforce a culture of excellence and professionalism by rewarding strong performance and leadership.
