Inc:• Act as a local representative in the U.S. market for the company\'s key CROs/suppliers who are paramount to ensuring that interests are effectively advocated for.• Oversee the development and implementation of strategic sourcing plans for R&D to ensure cost savings and supply efficiency, in alignment with the company\'s global budgets and strategic plans.• Support integration of certain key projects stemming from acquired companies and assigned to Chiesi USA and provide functional oversight of inorganic growth related to Clinical Trials with a focus in the U.S.• Serve and act as a business partner for specific internal funcitons which sits mostly in the U.S and Canada.• Carry a wide degree of interaction with multiple stakeholders in the company, both in terms of level and organizational geographic area and navigate the complexities of the interconnected company\'s functions. • Support affiliate process homogenization, i.e. improve excellence in R&D procurement standard processes and methodologies based on fundamental knowledge and rules of Company Corporate function Global Procurement.
