Learning to ride a bike is an episodic learning experience that most of remember for our entire lives. I am fortunate to have empowered almost a thousand people to find the joy of the wind in your hair that only the freedom of a bicycle can bring. I teach \"Learn to Ride\" and \"Bike Basics\" people of all ages - from 4 to 74. The balance method is central to my technique, but I also use Alexander Technique and work to help my clients overcome emotional challenges that impair their ability to ride.
