Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to employees in person in our Berlin Esports office, as well as remotely across all our EMEA offices• Managing and maintaining AV systems within our European offices, specifically conference rooms, all hands spaces, and office PC Bangs• Providing support as a Technical Lead for Riot events across Europe, such as discipline-wide annual summits or internal playtests for our games• Triaging and solving incidents, queries, and requests in ServiceNow and meeting required SLAs• Managing user permissions in Active Directory, Okta, Google Admin, and Entra ID• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues across multiple admin consoles, such as Okta, CloudM, Deep Freeze, Duo Security, Google Admin, MagicInfo, Microsoft Intune, Sailpoint, and SCCM• Managing asset procurement for all offices across the region, including regional offices that don\'t have a dedicated IT presence• Managing and maintaining IT inventory across all the offices in the region and ensuring stock room information is kept up to date in our inventory tracking systems and ensuring asset management lifecycles are maintained• Provided hotel load-in and IT support for both the 2021 League of Legends World Championships and the VALORANT Champions 2021• Was the tech lead for the first EMEA summit (hosted in RGA Berlin) for influencers and press for early hands-on previews for League of Legends
