Hi, I\'m Andreea. As a Wellbeing & Performance Coach, I empower individuals and teams to do their best work and overcome burnout. Drawing on evidence-based coaching psychology, I partner with individuals in the workplace to identify and lean into their strengths, develop strategies to enhance their performance, and protect their wellbeing.I am an ICF PCC-level practitioner and Registered Health Coach with a background in Psychology, Sociology and Management, and experience in the corporate world in Operations and Learning & Development roles - bringing neuroscience and positive psychology-backed solutions to help people navigate complexity, build capability, and thrive through change.
