As part of the Treasury Systems Team I am responsible for overseeing the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the treasury management systems (TMS). Our goal is to support the different Treasury departments in their daily activities, and as for years they have had to deal with different TMS, we are currently developing a unique Treasury Management System that can enclose all the company\'s financial operations.The One TMS project and development main pillars focus are: configuration, integration with other financial & enterprise systems (ERPs, accounting softwares, etc.), development of the connections with automated post-trade processing platforms, migration of data from old TMSs.Based on the needed activities to follow in this role is crucial to have a few qualities such us:be a team worker (be collaborative, reliable, supportive, adaptable, proactive, empathic & show a positive attitude); be able to monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure deadlines and goals are met; have a good understanding of treasury operations, cash management, financial instruments; have problem solving abilities and knowledge for process improvement ( specially when it comes to migrations); conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the TMS meets all functional requirements; be able to troubleshoot for system issues post-implementation; provide continuous support to end users and continuous maintenance of the TMS post-go live.
