Health & Safety support, including conducting site inductions, ensuring risk assessments are up to date, the site HSE plan is being adhered to and liaising with the ISS HSEQ Manager as necessaryTo be the first contact for all facilities related issues, liaising with contractors as required to close out issues and escalating as necessary to Senior ManagementEnsure full security compliance onsite and use of client site operating systems in accordance with guidelinesProactively engage regularly with customers and clients to ensure their needs are being met and expectations are exceeded and conduct monthly meetings with the clientEnsure knowledge of all assets on site and take ownership of the O&M Manuals ensuring an understanding of PPM schedules and effective management of remedialsContractor management of all service providers ensuring service delivery excellence and compliance with ISS and Takeda H&S policies and procedures Act as Landlord liaison and assist with any ad-hoc projects to improve services and processesTo contribute to sharing innovative ideas, adopt new ways of working and enhance service levels through multiple site experiences whilst maintaining Client confidentiality and ISS integrity keeping sustainable goals in mind.Overseeing financial budgets and invoices, ensuring all records are up-to-date and any costs cross -referenced
