ABOUT ANDREEA D.
I am CEO of the3million, the largest grassroots organisation of EU citizens in the UK. I am passionate about the power of our work in mobilising EU citizens after Brexit to have their voices heard, help shape the narrative on migration in Britain and stand in solidarity with all migrants. I have a background in communications and social justice, with over 10 years of experience working within the charity sector to enable people to make change happen through storytelling. I have designed and implemented initiatives which empower communities, bringing people together across difference to hold the government accountable and influence change. My work with people with lived experience of injustice has led me to believe change towards a truly equitable world is only made possible through recognising power imbalances, naming the impact that systemic oppression has in our lives, and working together towards a shared purpose.
