   Lead all aspects of Operations and business relationships with third-party contract manufacturing partners (CMO) to ensure site performance at highest standard across commercial manufacturing. Deploy best practices, drive continuous improvements (utilizing performance management, lean / 6 sigma principles) and deliver on financial, service, reliability, productivity, quality, cGMP compliance and growth commitments. Selected Accomplishments:• Consistently maintained finished goods supply availability for 2023 above 95% despite forecast increase (17%) and complex materials supply issues by identifying and mitigating potential quality / regulatory, technical and supply chain risks, and proactively driving continuous improvements and effective issue resolution with cross-functional teams. • Delivered on cost improvement projects through process improvement, packaging design improvement, equipment optimization, capital investment, distribution optimization and material negotiation in 2023.
