A significant part of my background includes serving Dynamics 365 and Commerce, where I partnered with enterprise customers to unblock critical initiatives, reduce delivery risk, and turn struggling programs into operationally sound systems.That experience shaped how I approach technology today: platforms don’t fail because of missing features, they fail because of poor foundations, unclear ownership, fragmented data, and unrealistic expectations. This is especially true in the current AI-driven landscape. AI can be a powerful accelerator, but only when it is applied to well-designed processes and trusted data.
