I’m a Senior Operations Manager (L7) at Amazon who leads large scale teams, improves product availability, and builds simple mechanisms that keep customer orders moving.I currently oversee a 900+ person operation within an 1,800+ associate fulfillment center and own Receive Path Optimization across the DG region. My work centers on improving product flow, reducing delays, and making complex operations easier for leaders to run and for customers to rely on.Across my career, I’ve helped launch cross-dock processes that positioned DG inventory closer to demand, expanding one-day delivery access for more than four million customers.
