As the Lead Coordinator, I oversee 5 Waterproofing projects across North America with a total value of $1M++ by interfacing with the Business Development Leaders in Italy and sister company, Polyglass SpA, for supply chain and strategic planning. Identify supply chain requirements, track the status of production and material supply, monitor scheduled job site deliveries, and adjust deliveries to support any changes required. Build BOMs, work with cost engineers for costing, and drive development on both technical and financial fronts resulting in exceeding the target by 5% through cost reduction of raw materials, freight, and developing new internal mechanisms. Collaborate with the purchasing managers in the US and Canada to issue orders to 3rd party suppliers in accordance with ISO processes. Manage projects such as procuring and shipping all samples required for laboratory or job site testing. Work closely with Canadian CFO & Controller on controlling costs to maximize gross margin.
