About Andrea Vanessa Castillo
With a passion for creating spaces of inclusion and belonging, I have experience working in nonprofit organizations, program and project implementation, and developing diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible processes. From facilitating workshops centered on navigating identity in the Latine community to addressing burnout in DEIA practitioners here and abroad, I hope to connect and analyze the way we work within community to understand and celebrate our differences in and out of the office.
