20+ international projects on different industries (Energy, Utilities, Chemical and Natural Resources - including Cement, Ready Mix Industry, Steel) on controlling, procurement, logistics and supply chain. Oversee program/ project management activities, leading multi-disciplinary teams, including on-site / off-shore teams, 3rd parties and supervising approx. 50 resources. Report results to the Client Board of directors (CEO, CIO, CFO). Define project work plan, resource allocation, and manage KPIs to ensure proper quality of delivery and respect of defined targets. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to guide the process transformation and shape technical solution. Work with Client Account Lead for new sales and value proposition.
