I’m building CalmDesign because I believe innovation in healthcare should make complex environments clearer, calmer, and more humane.My background includes software engineering, UX design, usability engineering, and leadership in medical-device usability. Today, I work in healthcare design research, where I see how much clarity, trust, and thoughtful interaction design matter when people work under pressure.Through CalmDesign, I write about usability, workflow clarity, decision environments, and the design principles that help reduce noise, friction, and ambiguity.
