No in- house team. Have taken Diversity from 19% to over 22% female representation in the top 150. I provide input to; Board papers, annual report, group HR strategy; ESG reportingI present regularly to Group Executive Committee I work closely with CEO, CHRO, GC, CFO, 3x BU Presidents and their direct teams as well as Regional Management teams. Adhoc HR generalist advisor; dismissals; coaching; performance issues; day to day HR operations ad interimI facilitate with Global Mobility; internal and external International moves incl immigration, visas, tax regimes and non compete considerations.1 direct report: London HQ HR Manager (until Aug 2024)
