Key tasks and responsibilities:• Develop stakeholder engagement, leading the recruitment of delegates from universities.• Keep accurate records of delivery and manage data relating to the programme, utilising the in-house CRM system.• Deliver Ygam workshops (online and face to face).• Work closely with Ygam colleagues to promote the wider programmes through my engagement with universities.• Send out joining instructions and delegate packs via our CRM system to delegates prior to workshops.• Record attendance and email delegates post workshop to gather feedback.• Work with the wider Ygam team to follow up workshops and training to acquire evidence of completed work, case studies, etc.• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act• Optimise the charity’s pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the charity’s social content• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions• Attend conferences, seminars, and educational and organisational events to support our work.• Attend support sessions with the line manager (both remotely and in person).
