I’m currently leading people operations and a Global Centre of People Excellence for a rapidly growing EdTech scale up with 450+ employees. I’m accountable for people operations and workplace administration, HR systems and technology, total rewards (payroll, compensation/benefits and stock management), and employee experience processes (performance management, engagement, on/offboarding, career development, and learning).\\\\n\\\\nSelect Accomplishments\\\\n Maintained business continuity despite the impacts of the war in Ukraine, particularly on employees based out of Kyiv. Led the contingency team in response to the war directly helping 100+ employees.\\\\n Automated operational workflows and rolled out the first phase of a career framework.\\\\n Significantly reduced onboarding time by eliminating manual processes.\\\\n Operationalized multiple processes, including annual and quarterly OKR and performance management cycles, and biannual compensation reviews.\\\\n Oversaw the development of an in-house visualization tool resulting in a dramatic reduction in time to produce reports and savings by bringing reporting tool in-house.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
