Leading the Digital Product organization for HDI Global (Industrial Insurance), overseeing a unit that drives the firm\'s digital delivery, strategy execution, and Agile maturity.My mandate is to act as the link between Technology and Business, ensuring high-value delivery and strategic alignment across a complex, global organization.– Strategic Portfolio Management & Financial Control: Directing the IT Change Portfolio and managing the change budget for HDI Global. This includes governing strategic alignment via SAFe Lean Portfolio Management and leading the IT Change Controlling function for vendor contracts and budget transparency. – Product Organization Leadership: Leading the centralized Product organization, comprising Product Owners and Business Analysts embedded in SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs), to translate strategic business needs into deployable digital solutions. – Agile Transformation & Governance: Spearheading the firm\'s continuous Agile Transformation roadmap. Managing a team of Agile Coaches and change specialists focused on introducing and improving Agile ceremonies, enhancing Business-IT alignment, and fostering a culture of high performance and transparency in delivery. – Cross-Functional Execution Alignment: Coordinating and aligning delivery efforts across the matrix organization, ensuring that technical teams (Developers, Architects, and Scrum Masters) are tightly focused on executing the business-aligned priorities that maximize value for HDI Global.– In-House Consulting: Managing the internal consulting capabilities to drive high-impact strategic projects and best practices across the organization.
