ABOUT ANDREAS KÖMMLING

Andreas Kömmling is a global business coach, soft skills trainer and business mediator based in Witten/Germany with a focus on personal, team and organizational development, addressing communication, conflict and leadership topics.In designing and delivering coaching and training programs for managers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and skilled specialists, he supports these groups in forwarding their success from an inner sense of direction, in making timely and well-informed decisions, and in learning how to deepen their awareness and use their emotional intelligence in their leadership as well as their relationships. He accompanies his clients towards effective self-management, as they develop truly creative solutions for all aspects of their business and personal lives from a clear sense of authentic self-expression.Influences from Aikido, long-distance running, creative writing, improvisational theater, philosophy and shamanism were as formative of his working style as were his twelve years of management experience in international finance. Andreas also draws on his university education in business administration (a German “Diplom-Kaufmann” degree and a Canadian MBA) as well as on skills and competencies accumulated as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) & Co-Active Leader, as a Business Mediator, in Hypno-systemic Coach Training and in Organizational & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) Training.Having lived in Germany, the UK, Canada and the US, he works bilingually in German and English. He has run the New York City Marathon and walked the pilgrimage route of the Camino de Santiago from Constance/Germany to Einsiedeln/Switzerland as well as from the French Pyrenees all the way to the Spanish Atlantic Coast.
