Supply chains generate more signals than ever. Most organizations still can\'t act on them fast enough.That gap, between data and decision, is what I work on.Over 15 years, I\'ve built and scaled technology at global scale: from network tools at Ericsson to IoT platforms at Vodafone covering 10 markets and 150+ engineers. I\'ve shipped consumer products used by millions, and shifted data strategies from descriptive to prescriptive; from showing what happened to recommending what to do next.At pacemaker.ai (thyssenkrupp), I\'m now applying that to supply chain: AI-native products that combine demand forecasting, carbon intelligence, and process mining, built on real procurement cycles.What I\'m building toward: Agentic Decision Intelligence.
