After a long career in International Sales & Marketing in the Technology Sector I live what I love.\"I build structures to enable strategic freedom and creational power in others\" This is not just a slogan. I call it my direction of greatness. It is the tipping point of my passion and core competencies for a unique contribution to the business world. The reason why I invest most of my time to lead and grow 2Leadership GmbH together with my business partner Kirsten. When I am not busy enabling Leaders to make transformation happen, I am traveling around the world living my other passion as a Professional Wildlife Photographer and Olympus Visionary. Reconnecting with the natural world and taking the time to focus my senses through the lens of a camera provides me with a unique opportunity to practice changing perspective, a skill that i apply and teach when coaching others. I am certified as Master Facilitator for all our methods and ICF accredited N.E.W.S.® International Master Executive Coach.
