By working side-by-side with young people, mentors support growth and learning to help youth overcome life’s obstacles and achieve improved educational and life outcomes. As the Director of Development, I\'m charged with leading and executing the agency’s individual giving strategy as well as managing a portfolio of mid-level donors. In partnernership with the VP of Advancement, I\'m implementing an extensive fundraising plan to discover, cultivate, and steward donors through multifaceted fundraising strategies.
