I believe that the economy of the future is cooperative, digital, and built around people — not just platforms. As a social entrepreneur and board member at Platform Coops eG, I focus on developing and advising community-driven business models that empower individuals to co-create and co-own the value they generate. In my consulting work, I support early-stage ventures, cooperatives, and networks in shaping their strategy, governance, and financing — from securing public funding to building sustainable operations. This includes leading the funding acquisition and project management that made the Smart Portal possible — a digital backbone for the membership of SMartDe eG, Germany’s largest freelancers’ cooperative. As part of the CirclesUBI strategy group, I help shape one of Europe’s most ambitious experiments in decentralized basic income. I also led the development of the Circles Marketplace, a peer-to-peer platform designed to make the Circles currency usable in everyday exchange. My work bridges new technologies like Web3 with cooperative values like transparency, participation, and fair distribution — always with a positive, systems-changing outlook.
