About Andrea Santiago Rivera

If someone told me 5 years ago, when I committed to Drexel University as a Marketing major, that I would be where I am today, I would have been hesitant to believe them. From a young age I was always quick to accept a challenge, but not as active in seeking them out. That all changed throughout my journey at Drexel. As part of LeBow BRIDGE, I held executive board positions including Co-Director of Engagement and Director of Fundraising and Special Events, traveled to Dallas, Texas as part of a networking and cultural immersion trip, became a mentor to underclassmen, and established a podcast called The BRIDGE Room. Moreover, during this time, I was able to positively impact my community through activities such as serving meals to those in need and coaching a youth softball team in my hometown. Now, I have graduated from Drexel in December of 2021 as a double major in Marketing and Business Analytics, and walked away with a total of 18 months of authentic work experience in my fields of study, in addition to my experiences mentioned above. Now, I cannot wait for experiences with companies, people, and cultures that will help me continue to grow as a professional and an individual.
