My focus is mainly leading the systems and database teams which are responsible for maintaining and moving forward the main ticketing systems for Ticketmaster\'s International division. I have also now created a new Platform team from the ground up, implementing team processes, communication strategy, engagement strategy and utilising Agile methodologies to improve team workflow. The team has the responsibility of acting as a set of consultants, collaboratively work with development, systems and product teams to build the most scalable, reliable and secure platforms which can be deployed or consumed by customers through self service tools.We\'re work with technologies such as GitLab(CI), Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes (KOPS/EKS), RDS (Aurora/MySQL/PostgreSQL), Terraform, Containers (Docker).
