ABOUT ANDREAS STRANGEMANN
For over 35 years I have been involved in commercial real estate in both Canada and Germany, initially as leasing and sale agent for a renowned North American real estate brokerage, learning the business from the ground up. Several years later I stepped into the role of landlord and developer with my founding of the Investra Group of companies working on deals and creating a portfolio of properties for my family in both Canada and Switzerland as well as in Germany.As a result of the international nature of my investments, I gained insight and made use of various cross border corporate structures to facilitate tax optimization, succession planning and wealth expansion & preservation. I have always had a keen interest to learn more about the workings other industries and in the role of providing business strategy support and mentorship, have been fortunate enough to be an integral part of several successful business startups in the IT, Wealth Management, Event Planning and Flood Mitigation industries.Aside from my working life, I am an avid mountaineer, musician, and passionate about health & fitness
