Lead the design and rollout of end-to-end HR processes in partnership with the Shared Service Center (SSC), HR Business Partners, HR IT, and business leaders- Manage the HR Operations SSC teams in India and Hungary, ensuring consistent service and SLAs across Europe- Ensure compliant, stakeholder-centric People Operations across the full employee lifecycle (HR admin, work permits, time tracking, HRIS, and regulatory compliance)- Design, adapt, and administer HR systems (HRIS/adjacent tools) to improve reliability, usability, and data integrity- Coach and upskill internal and external team members in business skills, HR administration, and labour law- Expand SSC services across European locations with scalable operating models and standardised SOPs- Build and implement AI-enabled HR workflows to reduce cost and increase output quality and speed- Establish reporting and review rhythms to assess and elevate SSC service quality, efficiency, and capacity- Drive digitisation and automation across HR (payroll, contract generation, ticketing, HRIS integrations)
