Development Manager (Workforce)| Safeguarding Lead | Anti-Doping Lead at British Wrestling | National Trainer for UK Anti-Doping | Guest Lecturer at UCLanWith over a decade of experience in Sports Development, I am passionate about advancing the field through strategic leadership and education. Currently, I serve as the Development Manager (Workforce) for British Wrestling, where I focus on enhancing the skills and performance of our workforce. In addition, I hold the roles of Safeguarding Lead and Anti-Doping Lead, ensuring the safety and integrity of our athletes by implementing comprehensive safeguarding policies and leading anti-doping initiatives.Beyond my work with British Wrestling, I am a National Trainer for UK Anti-Doping, where I contribute to the national effort to maintain clean and fair sports through education and training. Additionally, I am a Guest Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), sharing my expertise in the Strength and Conditioning Masters program to shape the next generation of sports professionals.My diverse experience reflects my commitment to promoting excellence, safety, and fairness in sports.
