Let\'s start with something positive, what I really enjoy about work: analyzing tough problems and finding solutions for them, driving growth and working with people. Especially happy to be working with so many driven and fun people in the software industry. Here are a few facts about me:1. I worked for longer periods of time in 4 countries: Germany, Singapore, UK & Thailand - and I am grateful I got the chance to visit so many countries and amazing people around the globe. While working at Siemens in Accounting and Finance I was asked to give trainings on an internal Project Management and Controlling tool - I found that I have a passion for software and implementing it and never looked back.3. Working in sales, with customers and driving growth in an organization is what excites me. Solving a tough problem or finishing a challenging project as a team for a customer or for our organization is what makes me proud.4. I grew offices, operations & teams from the ground up to success in Germany, UK & Singapore.
