As the Head of Talent Technology at On, I had the privilege of building our HR Technology function from the ground up, scaling our systems and team to support rapid global growth in both office and retail. I lead a team of 10 talented individuals across three key pillars:Functional: We continuously enhance and optimize global and regional HR processes across the organization for our frontline store workers in retail but also office, ensuring our systems meet business needs.Data & Analytics: We empower our stakeholders with data to drive informed decision making by providing robust dashboards and insights, blending internal and external data sources using Workday PRISM.Automation & Integrations: We drive efficiency and innovation by developing seamless data flows and automating operational processes. We do this by leveraging tools or buy building in house improvements using creative automations as well as AI.My team and I are the owners of the entire HR system landscape. A big junk of our work is connected to Workday, where we have successfully implemented and manage modules in all our operating countries including Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, US Payroll, and Benefits. To deliver tailored experiences and further process automation, we have also developed several custom applications using Workday Extend. Beyond Workday, we support and integrate a range of critical systems such as our ATS, Candidate CRM, Engagement Survey tool etc.
